Delicious cold weather candle

I'm a gourmand lover, and so I couldn't wait to order this candle from Kringle. But, I needed to wait for some cold weather to arrive because I'm definitely a mood burner, and this one just cries out for cold weather. Man alive, this is a delicious scent. On burning, I get a sweet, almost nutty, toasted waffle scent from this candle. Yes, I know that "nuts" aren't in the fragrance notes, but I'm just listing what my nose picks up. I love my gourmand scents to have a touch (or a lot) or sweetness to them, and this one definitely has that. But it isn't overly sweet or sickening. The sweetness to this one is just right. I also get the tiniest bit of spice, but it's blended just right, meaning that this is not an overly spicy fragrance. The spice is just enough to add to the bakery deliciousness of this candle. The toasted note is also just slightly there, just as if your waffle is perfectly toasted, with that slightly crisp texture. This one really is delicious, and I can see it pairing really well with other bakery / gourmand type scents that you may have burning around your home in winter. As for the strength and throw, as with most of my Kringle candles, this one isn't a house filler and I wouldn't recommend it for open concept areas, but if you have a closed in kitchen, TV room, lounge or dining room, it will definitely scent a room that size. This one's a winner in my opinion. If you're a gourmand lover, just go for it.

Meh

I was not blown away by this scent. The throw was not great or what I have come to expect from Kringle candles. The scent was also a little to sweet for me, which is not something I typically say. It just wasnt hitting the right notes for me, and it smelled pretty one note for me. I don't think this is a repurchase.

Gormand goodness

It's alot like bbws Version of this but tonedown some. It's still strong just not so in your face. Smell great love it...
